Your subscription renews automatically based on the plan you chose when you signed up: every 1, 2, or 3 months. We count this from the day you first subscribed, which is the day you accepted these Subscription Terms.

On your renewal date, we'll charge the payment method on file unless you cancel before then. We’ll send you a reminder ahead of your upcoming renewal, so please keep an eye out for that email.

If you’d like to cancel an upcoming renewal, please contact us before your next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to cancel that renewal, but you can still cancel your subscription to prevent any future scheduled renewals.
