There are four modules.

1. Train the Owner (about four hours and thirty minutes). This module helps the business owner understand and lead the method, including how to build a training program that keeps working even when the owner is not around.
2. Train the Trainer (about four hours and thirty minutes). This module prepares your trainer to coach the team and check the quality of their work.
3. Train the Cleaner (about one hour). This module teaches your cleaning staff the techniques they need to work faster and better.
4. In Service Days (about twenty minutes). These are short videos with practical examples to keep reinforcing good habits over time.
