How do I cancel my Speed Cleaning™ Certification subscription?

You can cancel anytime by reaching out to our support team [insert support email or contact link]. To avoid any renewal charges, please send your cancellation request before your renewal date.

Will I be told before my subscription renews?

Yes. Before your annual or six month renewal date, we send you a friendly email with all the details, so you have plenty of time to review your plan or let us know if you would like to cancel.

What happens if I cancel after my renewal date has already passed?

If your renewal has already been charged before we hear from you, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

What if I try to cancel more than two weeks after my renewal date?

We are not able to guarantee cancellation for requests made more than two weeks after the renewal date. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we recommend cancelling before your renewal date, or as soon as possible after you receive our renewal reminder email.
